Order Cancellation

1. Can I cancel my order after payment?
No, cancellation is not allowed after the order has been placed.

3. Will I get a full refund after cancellation?
Approved cancellations before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

4. Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?

6. Can promotional or clearance items be cancelled?
Promotional, clearance, or special deal items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
