Orders

1. The minimum order value on this Platform is RM500.00 and above.

2. Our delivery service currently covers 10KM from the shop.

3. To place an order, simply follow the on-screen instructions. We accept payments

   via online banking, as well as local debit and credit cards, including Mastercard,

   Visa, and MyDebit.

4. An order is deemed successfully placed once you receive an order code via SMS.

   Please note that cancellations are not permitted after an order has been

   successfully submitted.

5. We reserve the right to cancel any order that falls outside our designated delivery

   zones.

Delivery

For orders exceeding 0.5 cubic meters in volume, delivery will be made to your designated address. Orders confirmed before 1:00 p.m. will be delivered on the next working day. You are required to present a valid order code and be available during the selected delivery slot to receive your order. Please note that deliveries will only be made to the specified delivery address, limited to the same location and/or vehicle floor level where the goods are unloaded. Our delivery team will assist with unloading within a distance of up to 30 meters from the unloading point.

If you are unreachable or fail to receive your order within ten (10) minutes after it arrives at your delivery location and wish to reschedule, a rescheduling fee of RM30 will apply for the second delivery attempt. Should you fail to accept the order during the second delivery attempt or do not reschedule within two (2) days, your order will be automatically cancelled by the system. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the amount paid, with a deduction of RM30 as a processing fee.

In the unlikely event of a delay caused by our delivery team, we will reschedule or rearrange the delivery accordingly. Should you choose to cancel your order due to this delay, a full refund of your payment will be provided.

In Store Collection

Alternatively, for orders below 0.5 cubic meters in volume, you may opt for self-collection at our store between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily, once you have received a notification that your order is ready for pickup. If the order is not collected within two (2) days, it will be automatically cancelled, and a processing fee of RM30 will be deducted from your fund.

Alcoholic or Non-Halal Products

Certain products featured on our website are subject to purchase restrictions in accordance with applicable laws, including alcoholic and non-halal items. The sale and consumption of such products are strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above and/or those who are non-Muslim consumers.

The Platform may include links to third-party websites, and by accessing these links, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk. We neither control nor endorse the content of such external websites and are not responsible for any material found on them. E-Invoice

In line with the nationwide implementation of the E-Invoice system effective 1st August 2024, customers may request to receive their e-invoice after completing a transaction. To facilitate the issuance of the e-invoice, you will be required to provide specific details such as your name, identification number, tax identification number (TIN), and other relevant information.

Return, Exchange, Cancellation Policy

This Policy is established to safeguard our Customers in the event of receiving unsatisfactory or damaged Products by providing the option for a refund or exchange, subject to mutual agreement and compliance with the return terms and conditions once the Products have been delivered following a purchase from the Platform. All requests for product returns, exchanges, or cancellations by Customers are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy. The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at its discretion from time to time.

1. Terms of Exchange or Return

This Policy applies exclusively to Products purchased through the Platform. Purchases made through other channels are not eligible under this Exchange & Return Policy. Products designated as non-exchangeable or non-refundable are excluded from this Policy. If you discover that a product received from our delivery team is defective, you may return or exchange it within five (5) days of receipt. Please bring the original order receipt and visit the outlet to process the return or exchange.

2. Cancellation Policy

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. A processing fee of RM30 will apply if the customer is unavailable to receive the order and no rescheduling request is made by the end of the following day.
