Return & Refund Policy
1. Terms of Exchange or Return
This Policy applies exclusively to Products purchased through the Platform. Purchases made through other channels are not eligible under this Exchange & Return Policy. Products designated as non-exchangeable or non-refundable are excluded from this Policy. If you discover that a product received from our delivery team is defective, you may return or exchange it within five (5) days of receipt. Please bring the original order receipt and visit the outlet to process the return or exchange.
2. Cancellation Policy
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. A processing fee of RM30 will apply if the customer is unavailable to receive the order and no rescheduling request is made by the end of the following day.
